Otherwise, but for unsubstantiated rumors that he heroically appointed Durham, his tenure performance included announcing the appointment of Huber of Utah and addressed M-13 mostly, and then he left.
The Huber announcement was after he was recused, so did he Say that *he* appointed Huber, or did he just generically *announce* it? Did Rubenstein appoint Huber? I never really understood what Sessions did, regarding much lifting for Trump.
