Let’s be serious - Germany is in no position militarily or psychologically to carry out a war.
If tomorrow they got attacked by Switzerland and with no one aiding them, the Germans would lose and be conquered.
If the USA declared non-nuclear war on Germany and no one else intervened on either side, I’d expect the war to be over in hours, not even days.

Yep, they are pretty much safe. If they don’t like the Russian pipeline they can live without it. And pipeline might very well live without them too.
If they think the gas they import has competitive advantage they are free to try exporting it to the rest of Europe too. It is only fair. Nobody is sanctioning them over it nor make any other obstacles to it.

The Polish people don’t particularly “love” Turkey - the mood is neutral.
