Eastern European countries are welfare states paid by Germany. They would be pleased to have one more sugar daddy though. But they would be allies for as long as they are happy with your paycheck.
Seems the Eastern Euro countries are to break the chains...time will tell.
That would put them ahead of Germany which has been leeching off of America for 3 generations while acting extra special bitchy toward America for the last couple generations.
