Lachman’s CV is at the end of the column.
Nuff said.
It used to be a crime to ‘talk down the economy’ during the Hussein regime.
thehillnytimeswashingtonpostpoliticovoxlatimescbsnbcabcnprcnnmsnbc will print these hit pieces and distractions until the election.
And yes, it is one outlet for all effects and purposes.
The Left has been reporting for years that the world is already experiencing an “economic slowdown”.
What we need is to transition to a Socialist economy like the Democrats want to help us “excel” like the rest of the world.
The economy does not make Trump invincible
But success trumps all.
Wow, The Hill has been vomiting their WISHFUL THINKING a lot lately.
Yeah, that’s the ticket. It wasn’t that McCain was a horrible candidate, the economy suck McCain.
The Rats and their Allies have eleven months to tank the economy.
If we had these Economic numbers with a Rat POTUS it would be the lead in story on every news show and the daily headline in every newspaper.
We just had the largest one day Consumer Retail spending of $34.5 Billion Dollars and it was barely mentioned in the DNC Media.
But, TheHill makes TheHill a seriously questionable source of anything other than miscellaneous computer viruses.
"It's the judges, stupid."
To the author; it’s not the economy, stupid. It’s Trump!
MAGA - 16 MORE YEARS! - KAG
He’s right. The economy doesn’t make Trump invincible. What does is running against a Borg collective of dumbasses who will destroy it if they win.
No, people like you are what makes President Trump invincible.
If Soros plunges the economy right before the election, the election fraud to defeat Trump could be accepted more credibly.
If it weren't a republican, the media would conclude cause and effect: Our economy is strong because of our president. But it's Trump, so the propagandists pretend that it's only a coincidence that we have a record economy during a global economic downturn. The legacy media is disgustingly dishonest.
I doubt the bubble will burst unless the fed decides to collude with the Dems...and President Trump will not be shy in calling them out and making a good argument for shutting down and/or reorganizing the Fed...
Some small dips and bumps and coming on like gangbusters around election season is my guess.
2008 and 2020 couldnt be more different.
Trump is an incumbent President, running for a second term after keeping faith with his campaign promises to put Americas interests first. President Trump is BELOVED by his pragmatic voter coalition of Republicans, patriotic Independents, and blue collar Democrats who are sick of their partys rejection of free enterprise and the entrepreneurial spirit, in favor of minority pandering, socialism and the global corruptacracy. Anyone who voted for the President in 2016 simply CANT WAIT to vote for him again, joined by tens of millions more who will choose the known incumbent over the unknown Democrat jackass.
McCain was a nasty, old, two-faced, global establishment RINO Senator, beloved by no one, who had the misfortune of running against the clean, well-spoken affirmative action candidate. If he hadnt picked Sarah Palin as his running mate, I doubt he would have won a single state.
As for the economy stupid - the US economy in 2008 was a bubble in the midst of bursting, not the capital rich, job-creating envy of the world as it is in 2020.
