P dealing with seasonal depression. Bought some CBD oil with turmeric and black pepper to add to the D3. Am hoping it will help. IMT I keep the wood coming in and cook good things. Yesterday lasagne. Today spinach quiche.

I bought some CBD oil but haven’t tried it yet. I don’t know anything about how to use it.
I wish I had someone to cook good things for me when I’m depressed. Tell him he is a lucky man.
I used to get a little depressed when I lived in NorCal and it would be an extra long time without sun. Putting on bright lights for awhile helped me. I know there’s some special light for that but I’m sure you know that.
