White tourists from Canada and western Europe don’t tip either. Is that a slave thing too?
What is the economic situation for waiters in those countries? Its the norm to tip in the United States because the hourly wage for a waiter when I was doing it in the 1990s was $2/hr. That might be a cultural difference if thats even true, because I’ve never heard that one before.
If you don’t understand the ‘slave thing’ connotation, blacks can get back at whitey by making them serve them for an hour, and then not tip. Its not that difficult to comprehend, and it does happen.

Some reading I’ve done suggests tipping is optional in Europe. Some places tipping is even considered rude.
