Tell that to the Houston Astros.
At least it’s a more effective percent of “donations” to charity than the government offers.
The Wal-Mart in Buford, GA had their HR staff steal all of the cash meant for the Children’s Miracle Network. They were all fired.
Since they are Walmart employees, they could probably use it...............
How hard would it have been for store management to make a call and ask “Mr. Mack, we only used $60,000 of your $80,000 donation. What would you like us to do with the remaining $20,000”?
“Management” - right.
taking lessons from the clintons...
How do we know his donations are even for people who are needy? What insight or wisdom does it take to just throw money at a lay-away list? Does "lay-away automatically mean poor or is it just people who maybe dont want to take a gift home immediately, or are get their salary or checks on different cycles?
Im not being cynical. I see such things on the news and wonder.
It’s Fort Pierce. It’s a wonder any of the money was used properly.
Answer— don’t GIVE any money to WAL MART— for goods not received. EVER. EVER.
The store manager and employees should DO TIME. AVOID THE PLACE— stupid arrogant AR bunker dwelling family owners who are all billionaires. Terms of Use... they’ve changed.
CHI-COMs and the Clintons-— connected ever since Hitlery sat on their Board. They are socialist morons. Not shopping there. or Amazon. There are ways around them all.
IF I ere in charge:\\
A. The manager(s) would be fired with NO references for the future.
B. Every single person who got part of that $20,000 would have it taken back out of their paychecks & the fund restored to $20,000 & those funds returned to the donor(s).
Did those funds get reported as Income/ Were taxes paid?
Sic the IRS on the whole bunch.
IF I had to fire the entire staff of the whole store, I would do so.
Wal Mart doesn’t need this kind of publicity. Sam Walton would have made sure they never worked in manager positions again. ANYWHERE.
