Heim EQFT predicts that gravitational waves travel at 4/3 the speed of light, so any light event is yet to come.

Remember those two neutron stars that collided? They were over 100 million light years away yet we got the gravity signal only a few seconds before the light got here, so that theory does not match the evidence.

By the way the blip was near the giant red star Betelgeuse . Gamma ray bursts pop out in a line along the stars axis of rotation. The pole of Betelgeuse is only a few degree off from pointing at us. Betelgeuse has dimmed more than usual recently so something very interesting is happening there.

The gravitational waves we've detected so far usually relate to extreme cosmic events, like two black holes colliding or neutron stars finally merging after being caught in a death spiral.

And just how do they know that exactly? Have I missed reading something somewhere? Or, are we back on the hypothesis is concrete science kick again?
