Unlike our elected reps and military, I don’t think the police take an oath to protect and defend the constitution so I would imagine if so ordered by these oath breaker politicians who should be immediately removed from office and jailed for violating their oath, that the cops would confiscate guns.
One only has to look at other countries to see what the police would do. Venezuela- gun confiscation. Yes the police confiscated them. Germany yes the police confiscated them. Vichey France not only did the police confiscate guns they actively worked to round up Jews for the death camps. Turkey same. Now ask yourself is human nature any different in the USA? Answer nope. So absolutely they will confiscate guns and kill anyone who resists and then high five over your bleeding corpse.
