I think it was a typo. The mayor’s name should be “London Bridge”, she’s sure been “falling down” on the job.
She’s no Di-Blahblahblah-sio, but then again, SF was 90% of the way down the crap hole when she became mayor. New York was still semi-respectable when he was sworn in, despite what “Mini Mike” Bloomberg did in his years infesting the office.
