A former Texas nurse suspected of murdering dozens of young children decades ago was sentenced to life in prison Thursday after pleading guilty in San Antonio court to killing an 11-month-old boy in 1981.
The plea deal helped Genene Jones avoid a trial beginning next month for the murder of the child, Joshua Sawyer, CNN affiliate KSAT reported.
Catherine Babbitt, chief of major crimes with the Bexar County District Attorneys Office, said in a statement that Jones victims were not only children, but they were often critically ill children, and for her to decide on her watch who lived and who died is nothing short of evil.

How did she off 60 kids and the hospital did not notice?
there have been several such high profiel cases where none noticed for awhile- likely because the patients were sick perhaps? There was just another one where a nurse was murdering old and young alike- and got his kicks out of deciding who to murder and who not to- he said it made him feel all powerful- he did it for a long time too- but in his case, I believe he was suspected at one hospital, fired, without an investigation i think, and got a job at another hospital and kept on going- Very sick case-
Yea I’m looking it up on youtube. Seems she’s famous or imfamous.

The pro-choice crowd should be overjoyed.
i htink this was the dude- they called him the ‘angel of death’ but they shoudla called him the demon of death- he was tried for 40 but might have murdered hundreds-
Oh, I vaguely remember this woman. She sometimes used succinylcholine to kill.
P pass
There was also a somewhat similar case of H.H Holmes who ran what was called the ‘Murder Castle’- where supposedly hundreds of people were murdered and no one noticed for a long while- it was an absolutely horrific case- He had a bunch of secret rooms i n the castle where he tortured people, then killed them then sold their bodies as cadavers and got rich doing so- He had a partner he murdered too- and a lover he murdered- very sick dude-
Here’s his story—

In what sane world do you get convicted of MURDERING 60 babies and NOT get the Death Penalty?
she plead guilty to avoid the needle
I heard somewhere (take it with a grain of salt) that one hospital got reports that children were dying during her shifts at an abnormal rate and the hospital forced her to resign and hushed up what happened. She then went on to other nursing jobs to do the same thing.
She was also Stephen King’s influence for the character of Annie Wilkes.
"Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls."There is a Satan; he is real, and we must do battle with him everyday.
Life
Well, she clearly checked the critical boxes for major Democrat office somewhere.
Maybe she could get a little more experience working for Northam in VA.
Where did she find 60 children sentenced to life in prison?
“suspected?” She confessed!
