It’s impossible for any of us to know for sure with information we have.

This makes it seem like he was playing some sick Michael Jackson game, dangling her from a window before she was dropped.

But if what he’s saying is true he could have been holding on to her for dear life for thirty seconds before he lost his grip.

I don’t know.

He had no reason for holding that infant out of a window for any length of time, game or no. He was under no compulsion or threat to do such a thing. He knew how high the window was from the concrete and the consequences of a fall if his grasp was released. I hope serves a terminally long jail sentence.

On an earlier thread on this topic, someone posted a video of the event. The man leans out the window before he even lifts his grand daughter out of it. He was clearly aware the window was open.

I recall seeing a statement from the parents absolutely denying it was his fault, but I bet they hadn't seen the video at that point.

The video clearly shows that fool killed his grand child by being foolish.
