Ms. James was terminated following an internal investigation into her interactions with a customer. During this review it was determined Ms. James did not use the available solutions to remedy the customers situation and instead put herself and the bank at risk with her actions.

Bank employees are prime targets for kidnap and ransom.
I agree that she did do a stupid thing, but I’m not sure firing her was correct. I guess it depends on whether or not she had received training by the bank regarding the security risk...
