To be fair - there is a difference between the two hatreds:

the Nazi one is/was “race” based - if your parents were Jews who converted to say Lutheranism or Islam before you were born, you were still considered a Jew and fit to, in the Nazis view, be killed. Nothing you could do could change that.

the Islamic one (and say Martin Luther’s) was that if you converted to their belief system, you could live.

I agree, both are horrific, but at least with the latter you had a way, a horrible and probably not useful way, but a way out

Yeah, one was virtually decapitated the other still thrives.
