It's Official: FISA Court Says Warrants Issued Against Carter Page Were Not Valid
Town Hall ^ | 1/23/2020 | Katie Pavlich

The FISA court officially acknowledged Thursday that the FBI submitted false information when obtaining warrants to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Therefore, the FISA warrants that were issued are invalid.

"Thanks in large part to the work of the Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Justice, the Court has received notice of material misstatements and omissions in the applications filed by the government in the above-captioned dockets. See Docket No. Misc. 19-02, Order (Dec. 17, 2019; DOJ PIG, Review of Four FISA Applications and Other Aspects of the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane Investigation (Dec. 2019)," the court released in an order. "DOJ assesses that with respect to the applications in Docket Numbers 17-375 and 170679, 'if not earlier, there was insufficient predication to establish probable cause to believe that [Carter] Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power.'"

During the time the FBI was illegally surveilling Carter Page with illegitimate and illegally obtained FISA warrants, Page was working for the CIA on behalf of the United States. He was not working for the Russias as the FBI and their friends in the media repeatedly stated.

In his long awaited report about FISA abuse, which was released late last year, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz found the FBI failed to meet "basic obligations" when applying for warrants. FBI agents and attorneys, led by former Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe also made nearly two dozen egregious "mistakes" in the process.

Due to the seriousness and extent of the FISA abuse uncovered by Horowitz, a number of Senators have considered shutting the court down.

And the media doesn’t care ...

At least the Court has now officially stated the Court should have not issued the warrants unlike what a lot of people like Comney were saying.

Is the Comcast outage a new algorithm being injected into the internet to starve off the content for conservative sites?Coincidence? The last 2 episode of Bannon’s Warroom Impeachment are missing. We’ll see if the sh*t HAS hit the fan.

They weren’t stupid. Brennan sent Page to Comey specifically to use for FISA. They all knew. Page is CIA and was detailed to hook up with Trump because Page had numerous Russian contacts. This CIA asset allowed the FBI to FISA spy on thousands in the Trump campaign.
When Trump lost nobody would have ever heard of that smirking Page.

Page is the only person Mueller and Weismann spoke to for 8 hours and decided he did nothing wrong. That says it all

Page is one of them. That smirking ass was in on the set up designed to demonstrate Trump has Russia connections. He’s damned CIA.

If I were Page I would hire Nick Sandmann’s attorney and make a list of people to serve. Minimum settlement per person $5M.

You are certainly on the right track, but let's not punish federal taxpayers any more than unavoidable.

Fining the multiple perps involved in each instance (via their current assets, pension funds, etc.) amounts sufficient to make the victims whole again together with meaningful felony prison terms with no parole would seem more equitable.

Yeah, Page was never indicted, never seemed too upset over the whole thing, actually seemed to enjoy being a "celebrity", and Comey/Brennan got their surveillance of the Trump campaign. Too convenient, I think.

Of course Nadler thinks different.

“Anyone aware of these facts would recognize that these applications were necessary and appropriate,” Mr. Nadler said. “Those who say otherwise are trying desperately to protect President Trump from a broader investigation that must be allowed to take its course without interference.”

The FISA court officially acknowledged Thursday that the FBI submitted false information when obtaining warrants to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Therefore, the FISA warrants that were issued are invalid.

So, will anyone be held responsible? Will anyone be tried in court? Will anyone go to prison? The answer is no.

However, we will get a statement from Director Wray letting us know that the FBI made some mistakes and it's reviewing its policies as they relate to FISA investigations. The AG will give the FBI a pass...and the beat goes on!

Is there anything short of a revolution that will deliver us from our lawless politicians, bureaucrats and institutions?
