I have a better idea for Schiff. Arrest him, try him for treason and give him two choices on conviction:

A. Death by public hanging.

B. Consent to having his arms, legs and tip of tongue amputated and placed in a large pot in the halls of Congress to be fed and watered much like a plant. Occasionally, he would be taken out to be cleaned up.

I prefer B.
