Joe is an Actor. Sometimes a very good actor Joe ‘acted the fool’ during his debate with Paul Ryan. Sometimes a lousy actor, as when he feigned outrage at an audience member asking Joe about his son Hunter.
And the SOB Ryan stood there taking it while Joe made him look like an impotent child.
