Not just hinted. The China government through their propaganda arm has said they have found multiple instances of this virus at the market

Nevermind that Patient 0 had no contact with the market.

Although, I doubt he was really patient 0. And even if was, he could have come in contact with someone else who had been there.

I still maintain accidental release of bioweapon

But don’t rule out intentional release for some unknown reason by some unknown party/country

The optimum weaponization of a virus is to “release” a low risk one that only causes something like the common cold, but then arrange the narrative to make it sound really scary so everyone panics.

Part of arranging the narrative is to have posters insist they’re “not trying to make everyone panic” while including language meant to cause panic.
