Note the first cop won’t tell him WHO called in the tip. The other nasty-faced cop actually confessed that HE saw the tapes and agreed the man was acting suspicious. So it wasn’t tips, it was just these cops (and others in their hierarchy) wrongfully suspecting this guy and clothing their suspicions as “anti-terrorism”. They lied, pure and simple.
