I read Huck Finn in 6th grade. I read it again in 8th grade. Again in high school. And once in college.
I was thinking there wasnt another novel being read in the US.
I thought the only book they let you read in school these days is, "I, Rigoberta Menchu"
High school was a long, long time ago for me.
Hahaha...
That’s a good one.
there’s a guy like that in every class.
When I taught, they were my favorites.
When I was in middle school, I read t
The Kinsey Report. Not assigned reading. Stole it from Dad’s bookshelf.
Hahahahaha!
It should have been an F-Minus. Yes, I know I'm showing how old (66 yr's) I am.
"F!"
Or it could be fake, like most of these are on the Internet.
The professor did block the name of the student and only posted the first paragraph. I don’t see it as a theft of work or anything like that.
If it is real, I have a feeling the student is somewhat bright student, who was either bored or was toying with the idea the professor doesn’t really read the work and handed in this piece of garbage to see if they would get an “A” anyways.
Nothing stops the professor from reading it to the class, that is still “legal” as well.
I don’t think homework is protected since its purpose IS to submit to an employee of a public school.
It absolutely is protected. I do copyright matters all the time.
One of those garbage courses you shouldn’t even have to take.
The teacher’s short excerpt wouldn’t be “fair use”?
You have to give credit...It was an original composition....and the most common form is....name the author/source....and Printed with permission
Oh, I forgot that. That is why we must keep our experts close at hand.
