I have seen very interesting reports that describe this as a coronavirus from bats - but one that has been spiked in a laboratory with proteins from SARS that allow it to aggressively bind to “ACE2” receptors in human epithelial cells. Note that Chinese scientists have many patents doing exactly such work - you guessed it - at China’s only Bio-security level 4 lab - in Wuhan.

All I can find is this article

It implies that she died from Wuhan flu but does not come out and say that is the case. Just that she now poses no health risk
