I’ve often said having ridiculous amounts of money is a complete curse in this life
You can’t take a walk on the street, go to the store, walk on the beach or do anything without security
Why would anybody want to live like that?
Jesus has had plenty to say on the subject
My brother in law is a billionaire. He’s one of the ‘rich, but not famous”. He can go anywhere without a care in the world. But his main residence is in Montana. He has no use for places like LA or it’s surrounding areas.

I’d like to try it for about a week... to be able to get a night’s sleep and not have to worry about the mortgage... keeping the lights and heat on...food on the table... all the bills paid.
Gimme a week of that and I’ll let you know if it’s a curse or not.

Carnegie built libraries. ..Bezos? Not sure. I do know he has promised a billion to build small houses in CA geared toward homeless. With combined land and infrastructure costs, I heard it will only build about 1,500 units. .... The Petronas Towers cost about 1.5B. .... Think about how many homeless that could handle.
