The ex-con accused of slitting a French tourists throat in a random attack in Harlem is a neighborhood neck slasher whos ducked justice at least twice infuriating one of his alleged victims, The Post has learned.
Khalief Young who is charged in Fridays horrific attack on Gabriel Bascou was busted in June for a Harlem deli slashing, and in October for allegedly pummeling a woman inside his apartment building, according to police sources and court records obtained by The Post.

This will be the third time.
It’s this type of uncontrolled criminal behavior that led to Bernie Goetz defending himself in the 80s. The immediate result was that type of crime dropped to about zero.

I'll have to assume that the other guy who got his neck slashed but isn't infuriated that the perp walked is dead or in a coma because otherwise he'd have to be nuts to be okay with that.
Here's what History Channel has to say about that: "The seemingly racially motivated shooting caused considerable controversy in New York and around the country". Hmm. Perhaps they forgot that it started with four grown black men over 18 (they say "youths" which is newspeak for "minority criminals under the age of 30") surrounding a white guy and asking for money while brandishing weapons. Surely that wasn't "racially motivated", right?

Clearly someone in the NYC legal system needs to have his neck slashed. NY has gone insane with its bail reform and no arrest reforms.
