A “cleared” coronavirus traveler went on Fox News to speak Friday about the quarantine process, but he began to cough repeatedly on his child while talking about the rampant virus and how he had tested negative for it twice.
Frank Wucinski, a Pennsylvania man who was quarantined in Southern California after traveling, spoke to Fox News about the ordeal Friday. Wucinski said his family was quarantined for having contact with his father-in-law, who died in China. While talking on “America’s Newsroom” about testing negative and how contagious the virus is, Wucinski began to cough repeatedly.
“Fortunately from what I understand, you know, it is contagious but the death rate is pretty low,” the Pennsylvania man said as he coughed on his child, grabbing her water bottle and taking a sip.

“They said I’m fine. I got tested twice. Negative both times. The cough was probably just nerves,” Wucinski said.
The World Health Organization re-evaluated the risk assessment of coronavirus on Friday, putting it at “very high.” Multiple cruise ships around the world have been quarantined over fears of the virus, and some Americans have self-quarantined as fears of the virus spreading grows.
Hope this guy and his cute daughter are okay.

The incubation period of the novel COvid-19 coronavirus could be as long as 27 days, noted Reuters citing reports from Chinese provincial government.
In Hubei province, hard-hit by the coronavirus epidemic, an infected 70-year-old man did not exhibit Covid-19 symptoms until 27 days later.
On 24 January, the man had close contact with his infected sister, said Hubei government website. He had a fever on 20 February and received test confirmation the next day.
Currently, the incubation period of the coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, is considered to be 14 days. Health authorities across countries are adopting a 14-day quarantine period, based on the World Health Organization guidelines.
A longer incubation period would impact the efforts focused on controlling the coronavirus spread.

It was like a comedy skit, especially when he was having a coughing fit, grabbed the kids water, swigged it, handed it back to her then coughed on her some more while she drank the water.
It wasn't. I saw the interview and I cringed when he coughed. Oh man, having an interview with someoene who'd been cleared and starts coughing on-air ... yikes.
The optics weren't great, let's just say that.
We all have our moments, but usually not on international tv.

All strains of flu include a cough from what I understand. He could be sick, but not with COVID-19.
IIRC it was Dick Cavett who was the first to have “the oldest man in America” die on his show.
While the visual is not good, there are many reasons for cough. I cough all the time. I have a little tickle in my throat and have a chronic cough. Had it for years annoying as hell, but can't get rid of it. Nothing works. Just saying. On the other had, he may be a petri dish.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was all a set up by Fox “News” in order to help spread fear.
One of the craziest things I’ve seen, lately.
Right after he coughs all over his cute kid, and after he grabs her water and then hands it back to her, he says, “Yeah, I’m fine”.
Geez.
He was tested twice, after returning from Wuhan. He might want to get checked, again :(
Twice in my life I’ve had a severely debilitating cough in the absence of any other symptoms. Both times the only thing that helped - and it worked like a charm - was prednisone.
Pardon me if I’m sceptic of the whole CV scam. So, 2,000 something deaths world wide? How many flu victims died world wide in the same time frame? Where did CV start? China. Who has been most devastated by Trump policies? China. What is the best way to affect the financial sector world wide? Shut down the workers across the globe. Excuse me, but I refuse to be frightened. When the big money guys collect all the gains from the Stock Market, a sudden simple cure for CV will be found. It’s a miracle I tell you! I’ve lived too long......I’ve already seen this movie.
