Put a hundred dollar bill in an envelop with instructions as to what it is for, address it to the president at the white house.
No return address and mail it from a random mail box.
If you have ever been finger printed, like when entering the armed service, use gloves when handling everything.

This might work but.....I mailed a check to Donald J. Trump for President and mailed it to his Trump Tower address. The check has not cleared after two months. I suspect that all mail to the President is held and put through extensive screening and it could be months before it is opened.
