She’s traded in the Windsors for Hollywood royalty.

Meghan Markle is trying to get back into acting and is searching for roles in a blockbuster superhero flick, the Daily Mail reported Saturday.

“Meghan is planning a series of meetings in Hollywood,” a source told the outlet. “She has already done the voice-over for Disney and now the word is out that she’s looking for a superhero film, as a voice-over or even on screen

I doubt she’s unused to working. The real problem is that she married into royalty, and wants to keep doing what she did before the marriage. Problem is when you do that, the perks of royalty literally fall away, as seems to be occurring with the denial of coverage for the married couple’s multi-million dollar security expense. Assuming that those perks are part of the reason she married Harry, you gotta wonder how long this marriage is gonna last. Before Harry, she did not need a cumbersome security entourage. No A-list celebrity does, because they don’t represent a country’s foreign policy, which brings with it all kinds of attention from murderous malcontents (and she’s not even A-list). Now, as a royal by injection, she *needs* that security.
