Sure, and when the panic has faded, sales may drop because many will have too much of he basic supplies.
Well, at least a bit of good news for business out of all this at least.
Haven’t seen any panic shopping in my area. OTOH I haven’t really been looking for it. My tentative theory is it’s mainly a blue state thing, a way of expressing TDS.
as with everything there will be winners and losers
So toilet paper will save the day?
How will buying stuff help you when you get the coronavirus?
I guess being surrounded by gallons of water and toilet paper will sooth you. I would much rather have medicine.
Black Friday has come early this year.
People that sit around with their heads in the sand until prodded in the arse
I’ve been to my local Walmart store twice in the last two days. the only things missing were alcohol and hand sanitizers, nothing more. Yesterday they had the alcohol shelves stocked, but no hand sanitizer.
Toilet paper well stocked.
I thought prepping was only done by racist, bigoted, gun toting terrorists....
I was in Costco yesterday and I had trouble even finding a parking spot. But once inside, I saw there was plenty of bottled water, toilet paper and paper towels. I wasn’t in the section where hand sanitizer might be sold, so I don’t know if it was still in stock.
No kidding
Is the price of gas going down.
I’m hunkered down at home
Won’t ever sign up for Costco membership.
They track every purchase.
When the shtf the almighty govt can go find and get the masks. They will just take the Costco records/database and know who and where all the items the govt wants, is.
TP doesn’t have an expiration date. Costco will be crying in a couple of quarters from lack of sales.
No need to fight the crowds at big box stores. Shop your local grocers for tp and other preps.
Guess where those who are in panic mode get the coronavirus.
