The death penalty should be attached to crap like this. Then, as they used to do with pirates in the old days, hang their bodies high up for all to see, to rot and feed the birds.
Trump tried to stop this many years ago, but wilding still goes on and they don’t punish the wrongdoers with death. They just let them back on the street instead of executing them.
