The policy here is good, but the muddled messaging is a disaster. Bad for public confidence, bad for the markets. Sheesh.
I can understand Trump perfectly. I hear him quite concisely.
What Pence said is not good. What Trump said would be better if feasible but how if we still don't have timely, reliable tests here?
