My opinion? We should let them return if they test positive but put them in quarantine immediately.
But should the United Airlines be responsible for letting the known infected person on the flight exposing everyone else on the flight so that the person can then be quarantined in home country
If Unitied Airlines allows that to happen then they are now in the hotseat for everyone on the plane getting it.
