Sanction and tariff the crap out of anything coming from Communist China, with steep fines for any Americans or American businesses doing business with Communist China

In what court do you plan on having all these lawsuits filed in that has jurisdiction over China?
It would have to be a Chinese court and any lawsuit would have be be filed per Chinese law and tried in accordance with their procedures.
And you know this objectively how? beyond popular internet conspiracies?
(I enjoy such theories as an intellectual exercise, but have no delusion that I could use it in court.)
Sovereign immunity, or state immunity, is a principle of customary international law, by virtue of which one sovereign state cannot be sued before the courts of another sovereign state without its consent. Put in another way, a sovereign state is exempt from the jurisdiction of foreign national courts.

I think the lawsuit is a loser. It is my understanding that there are 5 strains of the virus Covid 19 A-E. China is only experiencing one strain while the US is seeing all 5. If it came from China where did the other 4 strains come from?
The CHINESE had nothing to do with the release of COVID-19
they had zero interest infecting their own people
the Deep State and the democrats, on the other hand, were losing control of the narrative and were staring at investigations and no hope of getting President Trump out of office.
I believe they leaked COVID-19 to the chinese knowing they’d take it to Wuhan for study. Once there, they DELIBERATELY INFECTED likely dozens of people with the highest possibility to continue the spread.
