Yep, I’m back doing IF again.
For one thing it will conserve food so I won’t have to make as many trips to the Supermarket.
I tried intermittent fasting. Didnt do a thing for me. I even did the long one. What is it 18 hrs? I think it was too close to how I already ate. So now Im one meal a day. So far its working. If I plateau Im going to try carb loading to mix up my metabolism. Something has got to work!
