To me it was a confirmation.
I have no doubt. There is so much we just don't understand about the world we're living in. How it's made or even the sum of forces and entities.
Carl Sagan, an atheist, used to say, "If there is no life in outer space, then it's an awful waste of space."
I like to say, "If there is no life after death, then it's an awful waste of life."
