Why Christmas? Why not St. Patrick’s Day or even Easter movies? Dumb.

Hallmark usually does this in June/July. Some of us here like their Christmas movies.

They have one or two Irish-flavored movies, a few
“Spring” movies, and a lot of Christmas and Valentines Day movies, and just got donw playing the last.

It’s not dumb.

It’s great marketing.

Because they have a full lineup of unique content for it. Unlike Easter and St. Patrick’s day.

Because it is feel-good, nostalgia escapist content that a lot of people want.
