Good Monday morning! I see where the northern tier of states got quite a bit of snow over the weekend. A nephew in Montana took pics and posted to FB. Looks like about 8”. Did you get any of that? It might have dissipated as it moved east.

We don’t have snow. A little cold, though. Jake is all fluffed up for insulation, but he doesn’t want me to close the window by his bed. Once the sun gets higher, he’ll be more than warm enough.

Tom was over last night, and he helped me trim the cats’ claws.

Good for Tom! Cats never seem to like having the claws trimmed, no matter how well its done.

Waiting for the sun to come up... It seems I’m always waiting for that, for some reason.

When we were kids we had a “Nifty Thrifty Bank with a Laugh”. There was a trigger that would go if we put in a quarter. The laugh was hysterical. We quickly learned how to drain the batteries with a table knife.

That thing was fun while it lasted.

Cheated Death Again: Uptown!

Excellent!! I’m always happy when those I love have Cheated Death, no matter where it takes place.

Between the weight loss and being cold, my rings are trying to escape off my fingers.

Today’s accomplishments: Laundry is done and drying, the dishes have been washed and put away, a closet has been weeded out, so there are two more bags plus some loose articles of miscellany that will be going to the thrift store in the next week or two. I want to try and get the storage closet cleaned out as well, but that’s not critical because most stuff in there is already in containers.

I’m only doing this to stay awake. Now, I need to go take my pills and toddle off down the hall before I fa’ down, go “BOOM!”

If I could just convince my family members to go there and give up the censoring and the propaganda. FB is becoming rabid because they can’t control the conservatives’ ability to think for themselves. All they’re doing, of course, is confirming their censoring/propaganda efforts. But don’t get me started!
