I practice by filling my lungs up with a fireplace bellows then exhaling into a hot water bottle until it bursts.
I have a buddy who has been locked down in New Rochelle outside NYC. I told him I was sending him a 6 foot measuring tape for Christmas so he can go outside. He said by that time he would need a ventilator and asked me if I could put one in his Christmas stocking. lol Maybe the bellows will do.
