JOSH Duggar’s wife, Anna, is being forced to testify in his legal war after he was accused of purchasing land illegally, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
Josh, 32, was sued in April 2019 by a man named Carl Echols who claimed his cousin sold him a five-acre property in 2006 for $17,500.
Carl claimed Josh purchased the land 10 years later for $1,000, even though he had been paying property taxes and even lived on the land.
Now, Arkansas court papers reveal Josh’s wife, Anna, 31, has been deposed, meaning she will testify in the case on Wednesday, March 25.
Josh has also been called to testify on Wednesday.
Josh has been dropped as a Defendant from the case, though his company, ALB Investments, is still being sued.
A trial in the case has been set for April 2020.

As to the lawsuit. I’m thinking the defendant should be the person that sold the land improperly, or the lawyer that documented it, and not the subsequent purchaser. Not nearly enough in the story to tell where fault should lie.

Sounds like the property was sold for unpaid taxes to me, though this article is so poorly written it really offers no facts as to what transpired at all. But 5 acres for 1,000 sounds more like unpaid taxes sale.
That doesn’t mean she’ll be called at trial. It just means she was deposed.

Duggars are always up to no good. They had some title scam at their car dealership a few years back. Pappa Duggar lost his dealership license into one of his spawns name. Crooked family.
