My 7.3 diesel takes 16 quarts. Try the math on that one. I have it dealer serviced for $180. Actually that sounds pretty reasonable in today's market. Not much more than the Indian dealer would charge to do my Scout if I didn't do it myself.

It can go up when they change fuel and air filters but it’s worth the peace of mind. It’s a 4x4 that gets well used.
