We clearly need to fire our public health officials and hire the Japanese/SK/Singaporeans as consultants.
It pains me to say this, but the Japanese/SK/Singaporeans are culturally superior to us because of discipline, personal responsibility, observance of polite social norms and manners, and respect for others.
