Not peaking until July starts from the bedrock assumption what the United States will fail to ramp production of hydroxychloroquine enough for general prophylactic use and requires that to remain so.

Not buying it.

I think that we will be able to get it in pharmacies by the second week in May, and that combined with the people who have already had the virus run its course this will recede quickly.

Where are you thinking that the US will obtain the components to make the hydroxychloroquine from?

Just curious.

Also, which plants, here in the US, will be manufacturing, once said components are available?
