Still he has to live with the male pride humiliation of watching RBG smoothly catch up and then pass him every time.

I wonder what the WSJ said. I have been running seriously for 50+ years. I enjoy it. Others don’t. I do not proselytize or cajole others to join me.

I prefer brisk walking. Why pound the pavement - and your bones and joints- when you can work up a sweat walking?

Running is good for your knees, not bad.
I though if you did it on pavement it wasn’t as good
I have asthma. Not enough to be disabling just enough to have, I think, more pain from running. I get terrible diaphragmatic ischemia pains from having to work harder to push the same volume against more resistance. Jump School was very painful. I really don’t think “normal” people experience that, at least not in the same way.
Can we see some data models and hockey stick projections on how quickly he’s wearing out his knees?
Running would be very bad for my 61-year old knees.
Germany has twice the knee replacement rate as Sweden if I remember right.
Because he never heard of Dr. Schwartz and Heavyhands walking.
