Yes, and dead from the economy is just as dead as dead from the virus. It’s a no win situation which means I probably shouldn’t think about it anymore.

Like most everything in my life, saving me and mine is up to me in the end.

I don’t think “everything” in the economy is that dire. Some areas, like tourism and some retail, yes. But for many if is shifting to online, online jobs, delivery, etc are booming. And we have a very large sector that still will be working, essential, services as well as many jobs that can be done at home. Law, accounting, and so many more jobs like that moving online. My husband’s business will not be shutting, just less hours. People will have to tighten their belts a lot.

Maybe I am naive, but I am not seeing 2.0% of the population dying from the economy, sorry.
