Los Angeles (AFP) - Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein was charged by Los Angeles prosecutors on Friday with sexually assaulting a third woman, as authorities there build their own case against the convicted rapist.
Weinstein, 68, is already in prison in New York state after being sentenced to 23 years in jail for rape and sexual assault.
The new charge of "sexual battery by restraint" will form part of a separate trial he faces in Los Angeles over allegations he assaulted multiple women in local hotels, with extradition proceedings under way.

The new charge alleges Weinstein sexually assaulted an unnamed woman in Beverly Hills in May 2010 -- just within the 10-year statute of limitations.
He has already been charged with the rape and sexual assault of two other women on consecutive nights in 2013.
Two additional Los Angeles cases against Weinstein are no longer being pursued as those accusers did not want to testify.
It is not known when the trial will begin, but Los Angeles prosecutors confirmed Friday they have initiated a request for Weinstein's transfer.

I’m certainly not saying some of them are not enjoyable in the moment but believing in God and true faith is one of the few things that can carry you through life without additional material hits.

And speaking of his career, Harvey was a genius from the get-go...he made things happen and apparent believed he could take liberties. BTW, people forget that going back to his days at SUNY Buffalo in the 1970's, Harvey and his brother were already hitting the big time (they were just kids). Weinstein, his brother Bob, and Corky Burger independently produced rock concerts that brought top acts to Buffalo, including Frank Sinatra, Jackson Browne and The Rolling Stones.
Think about that. Sinatra and the Stones...to Buffalo.
And speaking of his behavior with women, Harvey was an insatiable animal, a beast, a freak of nature...a sexual psychopath who didn't care who knew it.
I thank God that He has graced me with the time on this earth to learn and appreciate that truth you posted and to repent for my many bad choices.
Free will is such an easy thing to abuse.

Believe me, I wouldn’t mention the hits from instant gratification if I didn’t know them well once.
