So many hospitals are deferring elective surgeries that the demand for these drugs has to be quite reduced nationwide.
This has to be a ploy to deprive death penalty states of their supply. In any case, how few executions are there yearly? Not enough to impact COVID patient care.

Of course. They need to give the patient a low dose of lethal drugs before blocking the victims throat and turning on the machine. Otherwise they will fight the machine which will likely blow out their lungs. But according to the "scientists", we're not using the machines enough because bad orange man bad is hoarding them..
