data for https://covid19.healthdata.org/sweden is being reconstructed after the fact to support IHME's doomsDay projections for Swedin.

There projections are being used in the press to try to shutdown the Swedish Economy.
They are also trying to suppress the fact that economic shutdowns are not always needed.

Here is the fraud in the middle (Daily Deaths) graph for https://covid19.healthdata.org/sweden
They are reassigning deaths to different days in April to create supports to their graph fraud.
If this was stock prices, this would be securities fraud.

Worldometers shows Sweden with a 9% case fatality rate.

Wonder if that means they aren’t testing much, aren’t treating patients very well, getting large initial exposures resulting in severe cases, some genetic component, something else?

9% CFR is insignificant(statistical term) stat in Sweden’s case because they have only tested @ most 10K a week.

8.9 per 100,000 is their deaths per population which is the significant stat sans much testing.

7.1 per 100,000 is USA

38.6 per 100,000 is Spain

Or are they just updating as new information comes in? The model and predictions change every few days with new information. If their updated estimates show Sweden peaking later, maybe it is.

Might also be a genetic component. I read an article that said white people have fewer ACE2 receptors on their cells, and white women have the least of all.

They estimated that white women have only 50% of the chance for getting infected as does an Asian male.

But yes, it is my understanding the Italians are very hug-y and touch-y, and all that close contact would help spread the bug.

Swedes are also healthier than we are here. WAY less obesity in Sweden than in CONUS. That’s a biggie risk factor with this disease. It’s impossible to compare the population wide statistics between the two countries just on that alone.

Then you still have the issue of how they determine cause of death.

But you can see if the death rate has increased/decreased over previous years, months, seasons.
