I agree. I’ve been doing keto for 14 months. Lost the asthma, gone is hypoglecia, no migraines. Lost The 40 lbs I gained over ten years. And I lost that weight in 2 months! It’s easy to maintain this low carb diet. No seed oils. No rice no bread not as much fruit. Fruit has been engineered to basically be a fructose delivery method. I drink a small bit of wine 2 times a week. And all the ribs, steak, fish lobster, crab, butter and dairy, chicken bacon and pork that I desire. And NO sugar. We use monk fruit powder and eritherol.

Two recent studies have shown that sweet-tasting zero-carb sugar substitutes cause insulin responses in mice. I've taken myself off the combo you mentioned. It hasn't been easy!
