Back when they had some pull AND the ‘foundation’ was like a great pizza (rolling in dough), IMNSHO a huge slice of the Clintoon Foundation goes to its ‘manager’ and would also believe that the GRANDKIDS are in for a big windfall.
After her ‘bubble’ childhood I really can’t see Chelsea with all these babies so I would imagine she is pumping them out for profit...
