I began drinking a high protein high calcium chocolate milk-based breakfast drink several years ago.

It gets me through the morning and partly into the afternoon even on the infrequent days I don’t have much else for breakfast.

As one of President Trump’s quotations goes: “what the hell do I have to lose???”

Hmm...so brioche au chocolat with a cafe au lait is a better breakfast than my usual sprouted grain toast and avacado with a cup of tea? I could try to switch-my kids would be thrilled.

Poirot may have known something we didn’t. He preferred sweet hot chocolate with his Brioche in the morning.

In summary, there is now clear evidence that daily chocolate at breakfast has multiple beneficial effects on many different body systems, including those that control body weight, that may counter the negative effects of our modern lifestyle.

Well, if it's on the internet, it's gotta be true.
