I began drinking a high protein high calcium chocolate milk-based breakfast drink several years ago.
It gets me through the morning and partly into the afternoon even on the infrequent days I don’t have much else for breakfast.
As one of President Trump’s quotations goes: “what the hell do I have to lose???”

Hmm...so brioche au chocolat with a cafe au lait is a better breakfast than my usual sprouted grain toast and avacado with a cup of tea? I could try to switch-my kids would be thrilled.
