I restocked meats 2 weeks ago when the first packing plant outbreaks were announced. I didn’t have a lot of room, but did what I could. ASAP, we will smoke some larger cuts like butt or brisket so it takes up less room, leaving space to restock, yet again.
We all have recipes that stretch meat &/or use up every last little bit. I’ve been impressed at how many meals can be made from whole muscle cuts and whole chickens. Sometimes, that small amount of leftovers added to a soup or a dumpling filling makes another couple of meals.
