I stand by my statement, but with a new triple category:
Vote fraud by an individual voter (with intent or 3rd strike) should be 15 years and never vote again.
Vote fraud by an individual voter (up to 2 instances without intent) should be a progressive $5k to $10k fine.
Vote fraud by an elected official or party operative (like a ballot harvester) should be a capital offense with summary punishment within 90 days of conviction. 2 or more credible allegations of vote fraud against these folks not resulting in conviction removes their ability to participate in overseeing elections.
If officials can cheat, then we the people should be able to summarily pass judgment.
The same shite brains that cry disenfranchisement whenever voter ID is mentioned should be held to the highest standard. I know I’m likely an outlying hardliner, but this garbage has me royally pi$$ed.
